Permission Manager (IFS Applications)
The Permission Manager (IFS Applications) app helps to add or edit IFS Permission Sets by gathering all the Database objects from the workflow files or Portal 1 exported file.
This app collects all the IFS database objects from workflow files, modify existing or create a new permission set in IFS and grant access to the gathered DB objects.
This application is capable of:
- Uploading and processing multiple files (.flow/.wap/.zip/.json)
- Collecting all DB objects from exported flow filesÂ
- Creating/Editing permission set in IFS Applications
- Creating functional or end-user role
- Granting DB objects to existing or new permission set
- Exporting permission set as .sql file
- Exporting results as .csv file
- Searching DB objects in comments
