Cascade Delete

This is a Novacura hosted service designed to help users safely remove obsolete hub items and their associated assets from an organization. The service supports the deletion of Applications, Portal Pages, and Automations while ensuring that shared assets used by other items are protected from accidental removal. Users can navigate through a guided deletion workflow by selecting an organization, choosing an application package, and selecting an eligible item for deletion. The service identifies assets that are exclusively associated with the selected item and allows users to choose whether those assets should also be deleted. Assets that are shared with other items are automatically excluded from deletion and clearly displayed for review.

To provide additional visibility before deletion, users can review asset dependencies and identify which items are using shared assets. This helps prevent unintended impacts and ensures informed decision-making when cleaning up applications and assets.

Once the deletion is confirmed, the selected item and any eligible assets are permanently removed.

This application is hosted internally and delivered as a service through the Marketplace Hub. Users can access it directly via the Flow Extensions portal page without the need for installation.
