Barcode Scanner (Infor M3)
Infor M3 Barcode Scanner enables users to scan, manage, summarize, and review barcode records in Infor M3. The application supports both detailed and summarized views, barcode editing, and result verification.
Infor M3 Barcode Scanner is an application for scanning and managing barcode records in Infor M3. Users can choose between detailed and summarized scanning modes, add or remove scanned records, edit captured data, and review the results.
The application supports the following functions:
- Scan Method Selection – View all scanned barcode records individually or summarize them into grouped records.
- Barcode Summarization – Summarize barcode records by SSCC, GTIN, Content, Batch/Lot, Production Date, Due Date, Pack Date, Best Before, Expiry, Serial, CPV, Additional ID, or Customer Part Number.
- Add Barcodes – Add scanned barcode records to the Total table.
- Remove Barcodes – Remove scanned records from the Total table. In summarized mode, the Count and/or Net Weight is reduced based on the removed barcode.
- Edit Scanned Data – Modify the current barcode records and save the changes.
- Review Results – View the final barcode scanning results before continuing or exiting the application.
- Continue Scanning – Return to the scanning screen to capture additional barcodes.
