When a machine or any other equipment requires repair or maintenance a fault report can be registered in Flow. After completion, a work/maintenance order will be generated in M3.
Scan the barcode or search through the site hierarchy to find the correct equipment.
Choose to view historical orders to find earlier solutions to similar problems.
Describe the fault using free text and select the appropriate service defined in M3. The service controls the planned later actions in M3.
If preferable, take a picture to attach to the work order. This can be visible both in Flow and in M3.
It is possible to assign the order to a specific department or a single technician. If no assignment is made the order can be planned later in M3.
A confirmation mail message can be sent to the reporter while monitoring the maintenance order in separate apps in M3.
